Setup
Before launching the App, have ready:- The source document: in the video, an RFP for a commercial proposal. Any client-facing project brief works.
- Your hypotheses: the ideas you want the storyline to test and carry. Add as many as you need.
- A target length: for example, 10 to 15 slides.
How it works
1
Define the project and upload the document
Select the project type (here, a commercial proposal) and upload the RFP.
2
Add your hypotheses
Enter every idea you want in the running, for example “AI infrastructure costs will decrease” or “multi-open-source SLM orchestration will accelerate enterprise AI adoption.” There is no limit.
3
Set the target size and context
Specify the presentation length (10-15 slides in the demo). Optionally add context: what you want to achieve, who the audience is, anything else useful. You can also skip straight to generation.
4
Context analysis and deep research
The App first analyzes the project (goal, presentation type, audience), then runs dynamic context research with deep web research to build a detailed view of the topic.
5
Review the hypothesis table
The App generates a table scoring the strength of each of your hypotheses, adds new hypotheses it identified, and assigns a confidence level to each. It flags the strong points for the storyline and includes a contrarian view to challenge your thinking.
6
Generate and refine the storyline
The App builds the storyline and suggests what content belongs on each slide. Use the follow-up question feature at the top right and give feedback; the storyline updates in real time. Want shorter titles or a different structure? Adjust the instructions and regenerate.
What you get
A complete, slide-by-slide storyline ready to move into production: a validated set of hypotheses with confidence levels, a contrarian view to pressure-test the narrative, and suggested content for every slide, all grounded in the RFP and the research.Pro tips
- Don’t self-censor hypotheses. The strength table exists to rank them. Load in everything, including the long shots, and let the confidence scores do the filtering.
- Use the contrarian view in your prep. It’s the counter-argument a sharp client will raise; address it in the storyline before they do.
- Iterate on structure, don’t rewrite it. Feedback and custom instructions (e.g., “make titles shorter”) restructure the storyline in real time, faster than editing slide titles by hand.
- Review it like an analyst’s draft. Check the storyline against the RFP requirements before moving to production.
